Infiniti is pleased to introduce the new FINA320SW the 126-inch solvent based digital printer which will be exhibited at the SGIA 08 show in Atlanta from October 15th through 18th, 2008.
The Fina320SW is equipped with the newest Spectra technology, the Skywalker printhead JA128/50; which provides high resolution up to 1200dpi and fast production speed. The printer is constructed of quality high standard materials, strong chassis and is equipped with highly selected components, including printhead rails made in Japan, ink pumps manufactured in Switzerland, ink filter from the USA; additional advanced take-up system and a greater number of pinch roller feeding system insure a superior alignment throughout the printing process. The Fina320SW can be configured with 8 or 12 printheads based on customers needs; 16 printheads will be available in the near future.
The Skywalker printhead JA128/50 has many advantages vs. other types of printheads in the market. The featured aspect is that the heads are manufactured utilizing robust non-erosive steel base, assuring safety and a longer life; additionally, it is designed with a total of 128 channels, directed through an electrical component made of crystals and ceramic, allowing an excellent uniformed print; great velocity and precision in the ink injection, minimizing the print banding. Most importantly, the Skywalker printhead is very affordable.
